As a member of the South Korean group Got7, he is well-known alongside Junior, Jay B, Jackson, Jinyoung, and Youngjae. His mother gave him the stage name BamBam because she idolised the child’s tenacity on “The Flintstones” and wished for him to be just like him. BamBam evolved into a successful individual. In 2016, Got7 released “Flight Log: Turbulence” and “Moriagatteyo,” and in 2017, BamBam joined the cast of “3 Zap.” On September 28, 2018, he thanked supporters for their support on the official Got7 YouTube channel with a video titled “My Year 2018.” On September 23, 2019, he uploaded a self-produced video titled “It, See It” to GOT7’s official YouTube channel, which featured sequences from the group’s U.S. tour.
On October 15, 2019, the Thai rapper F.HERO released his album “INTO THE NEW ERA,” which featured a collaboration with BamBam titled ‘Do You.’ In 2020, he resumed his work with UNICEF Thailand, performing in their “Love Delivery Fest” virtual concert on May 31 to raise awareness and funds for Covid-19-affected families. His exclusive contract with JYP Entertainment expired on January 19, 2021, and on March 5, 2021, he signed an exclusive agreement with ABYSS Company. On January 7, 2022, teasers for his upcoming second mini-album “B” were released. “B” is scheduled for release on January 18, 2022.
