Hans Lundgren is the actual name of Dolph Lundgren, and he was born in Spnga, Sweden, on November 3, 1957. Hans was reared alongside his two sisters in a Lutheran home by parents with backgrounds in education, economics, and engineering. He swiftly acquired the nickname “Dolph,” which is a diminutive of “Rudolph.” Lundgren has acknowledged that his father was verbally and physically abusive towards him, and that this abuse inspired him to excel in martial arts.

Dolph Lundgren has been married twice. His marriage to Peri Momm in 1991 terminated in divorce after two years. The couple’s two daughters, Ida Sigrid Lundgren and Greta Eveline Lundgren were born in 1994 to Lundgren and Anette Qviberg. In 2011, the couple divorced.
