On Teen Mom 2, he is best known for portraying his real-life role as the son of reality teen stars Kailyn Lowry and Jonathan Rivera. Lowry divorced Marroquin in December 2015, despite Marroquin’s close relationship with Isaac as stepfather. Isaac became a second-time big brother when his mother gave birth to Lux Russell, the son of Chris Lopez. On July 30, 2020, Isaac welcomed another brother, Creed Romello.
