Lil Scrappy was one of the first musicians signed to American rapper and record producer Lil Jon’s BME Recordings, along with Trillville. Since then, he has established a solid reputation and become well-known in the Atlanta hip-hop community.

The release of Lil Scrappy’s debut album, “Bred 2 Die Born 2 Live,” in 2006 marked the beginning of his musical career. “Money in the Bank,” the first single off the album, became his most commercially successful single to date as it peaked at number 28 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The album reached its highest position on the Billboard 200 Chart at number 24. 2008 saw the release of Scrappy’s second album, “Prince of the South.” Then, “Prince of the South 2,” which featured the songs “Addicted To Money” and “Bad,” was released in 2010, albeit it did not achieve much success.

“No Love,” the most popular track off “Tha GruStle,” was released in 2012 and garnered over 100,000 views on YouTube in its first week of release. Additionally, he collaborated with other musicians on two albums: “The King of Crunk & BME Recordings Present: Trillville & Lil Scrappy” and “Silence & Secrecy: Black Rag Gang.” Since then, he has made appearances on a number of reality shows, such as “Leave It To Stevie” and “Love & Hip Hop: Miami.” He is currently a star of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” a reality show.
