Tim Dillon Biography:

Early Life

On January 22, 1985, Tim Dillon was born in Island Park, New York. When Dillon was a young child, his parents divorced, and it was primarily his mother who raised him. Young Dillon had already demonstrated a love of humor in school; he would often act out quick comedic routines. He started pursuing a career as a child actor in 1994. Dillon was cast in the hit television program “Sesame Street.”

Career

Despite landing a solid role, Dillon’s acting career never really took off. Following high school graduation, Dillon went to Nassau Community College. Dillon spent some time working as a tour guide in New York after graduating from college. In 2010, he went back into show business because he was fed up with not following his passion. He began doing stand-up routines until receiving an opportunity to participate in the “Just for Laughs” festival in 2016. This was his big break. Following his performance at the festival, Dillon was named one of the ten comedians you should know by “Rolling Stone” magazine. Dillon’s career took off from that point onward.

In 2020, Dillon co-hosted the program “Bastard Radio” with Luis J. Gomez and Nick Mullen. The comedian launched “The Tim Dillon Show” in 2016, which was formerly known as “Tim Dillon Is Going To Hell.” Every Sunday, the show—a video podcast—aired on YouTube.
