Vijay Deverakonda Biography: Vijay Deverakonda (born May 9, 1989) is an Indian actor and film producer who primarily works in Telugu cinema. He has won the Filmfare Award, the Nandi Award, and the SIIMA Award. He has appeared on Forbes India’s Celebrity 100 list since 2018.

Deverakonda made his début with the 2011 film Nuvvila and was praised for his performance in the 2015 coming-of-age drama Yevade Subramanyam. With the blockbuster films Pelli Choopulu (2016) and Arjun Reddy (2017), he established himself as a prominent film actor and won the Filmfare Award for Best Actor – Telugu for his performance in the latter. Early Life

Deverakonda Vijay Sai was born to Govardhan Rao and Madhavi in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (now Telangana). His family is from the village of Thummanpeta in the former Mahbubnagar district (now Nagarkurnool). His father was a director of television serials who resigned due to lack of success.
