AAI Junior Executive Recruitment Exam 2023: For the Junior Executive recruitment exam, the Airports Authority of India has made the admit card available at aai.aero. This recruitment drive includes an objective online exam, document verification, psychological testing, psychological evaluation, and, depending on the position, medical testing in order to fill 496 positions. The date of the online test is set for December 31, 2023.

There are 150 questions in four subjects across the two hours (120 minutes) of the AAI Junior Executive Exam. They are Quantitative Aptitude, English Comprehension, General Awareness, and General Intelligence & Reasoning. There are 150 total points. The AAI Junior Executive recruitment exam does not have negative grading.
An AAI Junior Executive makes roughly 13 LPA in compensation. The 7th compensation Commission’s guidelines are followed in the compensation package. Basic pay, bonuses, withholdings, provident funds, pension payments, and other items are all included in the salary. With a base pay of Rs 40,000, the take-home initially varies between Rs 50,000 and Rs 60,000. These are additional advantages and benefits.

House Rent Allowance: Depending on the posting location, the House Rent Allowance (HRA) might be 9.0%, 8.0%, or 7.0% of the base pay, depending on the kind of city (metropolitan, large cities, or other regions).
Travel Allowance: As part of their benefits, employees are entitled to receive Travel Allowance (TA).
Dearness Allowance: Recurring as a percentage of base pay, Dearness Allowance (DA) is assessed every three months. The Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, Government of India, provided the data for the All India Consumer Price Index, which served as the basis for this change.
City Compensatory Allowance: This amount can be set at 0%, 3%, or 4% and changes based on the type of city.
Housing and Associated Amenities: Executives have access to lodging and related facilities.
