AP ICET 2023 counselling registration MBA and MCA aspirants begins; steps to apply

The counselling will be administered in stages. The candidates will be ranked according to their AP ICET 2023 scores.

AP ICET 2023 counselling registration: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) began accepting applications for AP ICET 2023 counselling on its official website, icet-sche.aptonline.in, on Friday. The counselling is for admission into the state’s MBA and MCA programmes.

All the candidates from 1st to last rank can pay the processing fee from today i.e., Friday, 8th September 2023 onward using the URL The application deadline for the round of counselling is September 14, 2023.

From September 9 to September 16, 2023, it is possible to conduct certificate verification. The web-based options are exercisable between September 19 and September 21, 2023. The web options will be modifiable beginning on September 22, 2023.

On September 25, 2023, the allocation of seats for the first phase of counselling will be displayed. After the first phase of counselling, candidates can report to their respective colleges on September 26. The first day of classes will be September 27, 2023.

The counselling processing fee is Rs. 1200 (for OC/BC) and Rs. 600 (for SC/ST/PH). The fee may be paid online with a credit card, debit card, or internet banking.

The counselling will be administered in stages. The candidates will be ranked according to their AP ICET 2023 scores. In the counselling process, candidates with higher ranks will be given preference.

Documents Required

Before applying for counselling, the APSCHE has instructed candidates to have their documents prepared. Documents required include:

  • AP ICET-2023 Admission Ticket
  • AP ICET-2023 Transfer Certificate for Rank Card (T.C.)
  • Degree Marks Memos/Summary Marks Memos
  • Provisional Degree Certificate
  • Marks at the Intermediate Level Memo/Certificate Marks memo S.S.C. or its equivalent Notes memo
  • Residence Certificate (for candidates with no formal education) in the case of Private candidates from the state of AP.
  • Non-Local Candidates must provide a certificate proving that at least one parent has resided in Andhra Pradesh for the past ten years, excluding employment periods outside the state.
  • The most recent legitimate Income Certificate or Ration Card issued by the competent authority and bearing the applicant’s name.
  • Caste Certificate issued by the appropriate authority for SC, ST, and BC candidates.
  • If applicable, an economically weaker section (EWS) certificate.
  • Certificate of local status, if applicable, for candidates who migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh within seven years prior to June 2, 2014.

Steps for AP ICET 2023 Counselling Registration

  1. To begin, consult the official AP ICET Counselling website. Specifically, the URL is icet-sche.aptonline.in.
  2. Look for the registration or sign-up option. You must establish an account using your name, contact information, and an active email address. Configure a strong password for your account.
  3. After creating an account, the third step is to log in and pay the processing fee. The quantity of the fee may vary based on your category (OC/BC or SC/ST/PH). Utilise the supplied online payment options, such as credit card, debit card, or internet banking, to make the payment.
  4. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will be provided with a schedule for certificate validation. Attend the verification session at the time and date specified. Make careful to bring all necessary documentation for verification.
  5. After successful authentication, you will be granted access to the web options portal. In this section, you can rank your preferred colleges and courses. Take your time and make thoughtful decisions based on your preferences and the available seats.
  6. Following the conclusion of the web options period, the seat allocation results will be made public on a specified date. If you are allotted a seat, you are required to report to the designated college within the specified timeframe. Pay any applicable fees and finish the admissions procedure to secure your seat.
