More than 34000 candidates have registered on the Common Seat Allotment System Portal (CSAS) till 6 pm on Tuesday for admission to the undergraduate programs of Delhi University (DU). A senior university official gave this information. DU on Monday launched the CSAS portal for admission to undergraduate courses in the academic year 2022-23. This year the university is taking admission on the basis of Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The application number of CUET is mandatory to apply for CSAS-2022. DU has 70000 seats for 79 undergraduate programmes.
“So far 34,039 candidates have registered for admission. On the first day 24000 students had registered.
The portal will be open till October 3, giving students 21 days to apply for their desired undergraduate programs. CSAS-2022 application form cannot be filled offline.
The application fee for CSAS-2022 is Rs.250 for Unreserved Category, OBC and Economically Weaker Section applicants and Rs.100 for SC/ST and handicapped categories applicants.
