Revelation of rigging in Lekhpal recruitment examination 21 solvers and candidates arrested from many districts including Varanasi and Kanpur

UP Lekhpal Exam 2022: STF arrested a total of 21 people including the kingpin as well as solvers and candidates from different districts, revealing the rigging in the Revenue Lekhpal recruitment examination held on Sunday. This examination was conducted at 501 examination centers in 12 districts of the state. Revenue Accountant Main Examination was conducted in one shift from 10 am to 12 noon at the examination centers of Ayodhya, Aligarh, Agra, Bareilly, Meerut, Gorakhpur, Prayagraj, Moradabad, Jhansi, Kanpur Nagar, Lucknow and Varanasi. ADG STF Amitabh Yash said that in this examination, there was information about the activity of gangs who violated the integrity of the examination by taking huge amount of money from the candidates and installing solvers and other means.

Arrests from Varanasi and Kanpur
The team of STF Headquarters arrested the accused Narendra Kumar Patel resident of Phulpur Prayagraj and Sandeep Patel resident of Jhunsi Prayagraj under the direction of DSP Lal Pratap Singh. It was received that copying is being done in the examination through Bluetooth. Dilip Gupta was arrested from the examination center RP Rastogi Inter College Varanasi. STF team nabbed Dilip Gupta with a device in his ear. STF Prayagraj team arrested Dinesh Kumar Sahu, a candidate from Ishwar Prem Vidya Mandir Naini Prayagraj, with a bluetooth device. Karan Kumar, a candidate from DPS Inter College Nawabganj Kanpur, was arrested with a bluetooth device.

Solver was called from Patna
Under the direction of DSP Pramesh Kumar Shukla of STF Headquarters, a team arrested the solver Raju Kumar from the examination center Aizawl Carmel Inter College Madianv Lucknow. Raju Kumar, a resident of Patna, was taking the examination in place of candidate Rupesh Kumar, a resident of Ram Jankinagar located in Chiluatal police station area of ​​Gorakhpur. The same team arrested the solver Sanjay Kumar Yadav from Bal Nikunj Girls Academy Beligarad Aliganj Lucknow. He was appearing for the examination in place of Amit Yadav, a resident of Thronepur in Shahpur police station area of ​​Gorakhpur.

STF Meerut arrested Sandeep Kumar resident of Baghpat and solver Mohit resident of Sonipat, who took the examination in his place, from Swaroopi Devi Memorial Inter College Majhola in Moradabad. Arrested solver Ravindra Kumar resident Gohna Sonepat from the examination center TMS College Civil Lines Moradabad. That candidate was taking the examination at the place of Rathora police station Chhaprauli Baghpat, resident of Aryan. Along with this, Neeraj resident of Chirana police station Baroda Sonipat was arrested for helping in copying.

10-10 lakhs were recovered from the candidates

Prayagraj field unit of STF arrested the main accused Vijay Kant Patel resident of Atanpur police station Bahria Prayagraj, his associate Dinesh Kumar Yadav resident of Rajepur police station Bahria Prayagraj and Sonu Kumar resident of Sarai Aziz police station Bahria Prayagraj. Vijay had collected Rs 10 lakh each from seven candidates in the examination and made arrangements for copying by giving them Bluetooth ear birds and Bluetooth devices. On the information of Prayagraj unit, Varanasi unit of STF arrested candidate Pushpendra from examination center Uday Pratap Inter College, Bhojubir Varanasi and Kanpur city unit of STF arrested Jai Singh Patel by Maya Devi Balika Inter College Govindnagar Kanpur Nagar.
The copying mafia had given the paper and answer key

Vijay got the paper and answer key through Sandeep Patel, a close aide of copying mafia Dr. KL Patel. The paper was being solved by Vijay along with his associates Dinesh and Sonu sitting in his Brezza car (number UP-70 FZ-6953) 100 meters before the Gohri-Soraon road gas godown. 15 bluetooth ear birds, six sim cards, six ear bird cell, nine bluetooth device cards, 10 nos mobiles, one pan card, one DL and cash of Rs 620 have been recovered from the possession of the three. STF’s Varanasi field unit arrested solver Raj Narayan Yadav from the examination center Aryakanya PG College, Chetganj, Varanasi. That candidate was appearing in the examination in place of Krishna Yadav. Field unit of STF Bareilly arrested solver Rajiv Kumar from examination center Government Girls Inter College Biharipur Civil Lines Bareilly. That candidate was appearing in the examination in place of Rinku. Apart from this, DSP Deepak Kumar Singh of STF arrested another accused Salim Warsi from Gonda itself.
