SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2023: The State Bank of India (SBI) has issued an announcement regarding the Apprentice Recruitment 2023. With the intention of employing 6160 apprentices in accordance with the Apprentices Act of 1961, the bank has published the relevant information on its website, which can be accessed at. The announcement, which bears the advertisement number CRPD/APPR/2023-24/17, provides prospective SBI employees with vital information.
Registration for the apprenticeship will be available online from 1 September 2023 to 21 September 2023. Candidates are encouraged to submit their applications and participate in the recruitment process during this window. The tentative dates for the online examination in 2023 are October or November.

Age requirements must be met for consideration for the apprenticeship. As of 1 August 2023, the minimum age for application is 20 years, and the maximum age permitted is 28 years. Candidates must therefore have been born between August 2, 1995 and August 1, 2003. In accordance with Government of India directives, candidates from the SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD categories are eligible for age exemptions.
To qualify for the SBI Apprentice recruitment, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000 while participating in a one-year training programme. The purpose of the honorarium is to provide apprentices with financial support during their training period. It is essential to note that while the stipend is a significant benefit, apprentices are not eligible for other allowances and benefits.
The SBI Apprentice selection process will consist of an online written examination and an evaluation of the local language. The written examination will consist of one hundred questions, with a maximum score of one hundred. The exam is scheduled to last sixty minutes. Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu are among the 13 regional languages in which the written examination questions will be available. In addition, queries will be presented in English and Hindi, making the examination accessible to a wider pool of candidates.
Candidates from the General, OBC, and EWS categories must pay a Rs. 300 application fee. However, SC, ST, and PwBD candidates do not have to pay the application fee. Once the application fee has been paid, it is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another exam or selection process.
