ICAI Result May 2023: CA Final & CA Inter Results 2023 declared @ icai.nic.in; steps to check

In the ICAI CA Inter examinations, Y Gokul Sai Sreekar from Hyderabad attained the prestigious number one ranking with a remarkable score of 688 out of 800 and an astounding percentage of 86.

ICAI Result May 2023: Today, July 5, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) released the CA Intermediate and CA Final Results 2023. Candidates can now view their results at icai.nic.in, the ICAI’s official website.

In the ICAI CA Inter examinations, Y Gokul Sai Sreekar from Hyderabad attained the prestigious number one ranking with a remarkable score of 688 out of 800 and an astounding percentage of 86. With a score of 682 out of 800 and a percentage of 85.25, Noor Singla from Patiala earned the second-place position. Kavya Sandeep from Mumbai came in third place with a score of 678 out of 800, earning an 84.75 percent.

In the Intermediate Group-I examination, out of a total of 100,781 candidates, 19,103 passed, for a pass rate of 18.95 percent. Similarly, for Group-II, 23,44 percent of the 19,208 candidates out of 81,956 who took the examination were successful. The pass rate for those who attempted both categories was 10.24 percent, with 4,014 candidates out of 39,195 passing the examination.

In the ICAI CA Final Examination administered in May 2023, Jain Akshay Ramesh of Ahmedabad accomplished a remarkable feat by achieving the coveted All India Rank 1 position. With a remarkable score of 616 out of 800, he earned an admirable percentage of 77. With a score of 603 out of 800 and a percentage of 75.38, Chennai’s Kalpesh Jain G took second place, placing second overall. With a score of 574 out of 800 and a percentage of 71.75, Prakhar Varshney from New Delhi earned the third position.

The pass rate for the CA Final May Exam Result, announced by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), in the Group-I was 11.91 percent, with 6,795 candidates passing out of 57,067 total candidates. Similarly, for Group-II, 31,43 percent of the 19,438 candidates out of 61,844 who took the examination were successful. The pass rate for those who attempted both categories was 8.33 percent, with 2,152 candidates out of 25,841 passing the exam.

  • The screen will display your ICAI CA Results 2023.
  • Download and print the document for future reference.

The CA Final (Group 1) examinations were held from 2 to 9 May, while the Group 2 examinations were held from 11 to 17 May. The CA Intermediate (Group 1) exams were conducted from 3 to 10 May 2023, while the Group 2 exams were held from 12 to 18 May 2023.

Ranjan Kabra, who topped the CA Intermediate Result 2022, and Meet Anil Shah, who topped the CA Final Result 2022, were among last year’s top students.
