NEET 2022 Result: Know about Scorecard Percentile before NEET Result

This year there has been a huge increase in the registration of NEET, compared to last year, 2.50 lakh more candidates had registered for the NEET exam this time than last year.

The results of the medical entrance exam NEET 2022 will be released on September 7. More than 18 lakh candidates are eagerly waiting for the results of NEET this time.

This year there has been a huge increase in the registration of NEET, compared to last year, 2.50 lakh more candidates had registered for the NEET exam this time than last year. The National Testing Agency will release the result and will give the All India Rank to the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Women Development, Government of India. After this the Ministry of Health will start the process of counseling with the selected candidates who clear the exam.

Those who clear the NEET exam will get admission in medical and dental courses, nursing and AYUSH. Counseling of AYUSH will be done separately. If you are also waiting for the result of NEET then you should know about these things

Passing Marks:

To pass in NEET, students need at least 50 percentile score. Those who are SC, ST and OBC candidates, it is mandatory to bring at least 40 percentile. For Divyang candidates, there should be at least 45 percentile.

Cut-off Score:

Every candidate who has qualified NEET cannot take admission in their preferred college. Colleges give admission to the students through counseling on the basis of their merit and choice filling. Every college and course has its own cutoff. This year the cutoff is likely to be high. Experts say that the cut off for admission in top colleges can go up. The passing marks may also increase as compared to the previous year.
