Successful candidates in Tier-1 will get a chance to sit in Tier-2. This recruitment was done to fill a total of 4726 posts in central departments. A total of 54104 candidates have been declared successful. The CHSL Recruitment Exam 2019 Tier-1 exam was conducted from May 24 to June 10 in three shifts daily from 9 am to 10 am, 12:30 to 1:30 and 4 to 5 pm in various cities across the country. Across the country 36,69,473 candidates were registered for Tier-I out of which 11,42,215 candidates were from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar under Central Zone.
In the Tier-I examination 42.92 percent candidates appeared from the central region. In the Computer Based Test (CBT) in the Central Zone, 4,90,266 appeared in the exam.
Through this recruitment exam, various posts like Clerk (LDC) / Junior Secretariat Assistant, Postal Assistant (PA) / Sorting Assistant (SA), Data Entry Operator are recruited in various departments of the Central Government. In the recruitment of CHSL 2020, a total of 4726 posts were recruited in central departments. At present, the number of vacancies has not been announced in the recruitment of 2021.
