In 1967, Heather was ranked 997th on the list of the Top 100 names for girls. By 1972, it had jumped to the Top 10 names for girls! A victim in Agatha Christie’s 1962 book “The Mirror Cracked from Side to Side” is named Heather Badcock. Another fictional character with the same name is Heather from Dreamworks’ 2006 3D computer-animated movie “Over the Hedge.”
