We must engage in new interactions with those around us in order to demonstrate our concern for their health.

Start the Conversation Day is intended to increase mental health awareness and minority mental health awareness during National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month. National Minority Mental Health Month is a national campaign organised in July by Mental Health America. It aims to increase awareness of the numerous mental health challenges faced by BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour) populations. The month also focuses on structural and historical obstacles that have a negative impact on mental health, such as injustices.
