Some have referred to it as a productivity stimulant; taking a brief break provides a mental refreshment and a fresh perspective on upcoming tasks and their approaches.
Daylight savings was established so that those who adhere to a calendar-based timetable could accomplish a greater number of tasks during the transitions between seasons (shorter days, lengthier nights). It was determined that the timepiece would be advanced by one hour on the same day at the same time, thereby providing individuals with an additional hour throughout the day. Principally, the objective is to maximize the use of daylight.
