Coal India Recruitment: 1900 officers vacancy to filled in coal companies this year

Coal India Recruitment: By the end of the current year, a total of 1889 posts of coal officers and doctors will be reinstated in Coal India and its subsidiaries. The ongoing restoration process will be completed by December. Not only this, in the new year also, Coal India has issued a notice for registration to engineering graduates for recruitment on the basis of GATE score. The vacancy will be released later.

The provisional selection list of 958 has been done on the vacancy of 1050 officers (Management Trainee) released in June 2022. There were 699 vacancies in Mining, 160 in Civil, 124 in Electronics and Telecom and 67 in System and EDP, but only 958 could be selected on the basis of GATE score. If all are successful in document verification and medical, then in one-and-a-half months all of them will get the appointment letter. There are 444 posts for general category. 105 posts are reserved for EWS, 148 for SC, 81 for ST and 272 for OBC. There are 295 posts for General, 70 for EWS, 98 for SC, 55 for ST and 181 for OBC.

Similarly, 71, 16, 21, 12 and 40 in civil, 52, 12, 18, 9 and 23 in electronics and telecommunications respectively. 26, 7, 11, 5 and 18 posts are reserved in System and EDP. At the same time, a computer-based test has been conducted for the reinstatement of 481 officers for non-technical departments. In non-technical departments, the GATE score will be replaced through Computer Based Test (CBT). The result of CBT is likely to be released next month. The examination was conducted through the agency at 101 centers across the country. In this, 213 seats are reserved for general category, EWS 47, SC 65, ST 34 and 122 seats for OBC.

450 doctors will be reinstated
The restoration process of 450 doctors has also started this month. Coal India will not reinstate doctors. Subsidiaries have been given the right to make appointments on the basis of vacancies. Subsidiary companies are issuing vacancies from their level. The restoration of doctors will also be completed by December.
