IUCTE BHU Recruitment 2022: Direct Recruitment for Professor Posts

IUCTE BHU Recruitment 2022: Inter-University Center for Teacher Education (IUCTE), Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has notified the recruitment process for the posts of Professor, Assistant Professor and Associate Professor. Candidates can submit their application forms online through the official website iucte.ac.in. The last date for submission of applications is 30 September.

Candidates must also send a hard copy of the application to the office of ‘Senior Administrative Officer, BHU Varanasi’. The recruitment is being done for a total of 18 teaching posts in various subjects.

As per the official notice, only the academic score of the candidates will be considered for short listing of candidates for interview. Selection will be based on performance in interview only.

Know- Educational Qualification

Professor- Applicants having PhD degree with at least 10 years of work experience are eligible to apply.

Associate Professor- Applicants applying for this post should have a PhD degree with eight years of teaching experience.

Assistant Professor- Candidates should have master’s degree with minimum 55% marks. Apart from this, must have passed UGC NET or SLET exam.

Application fee

To complete the application, candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 1000. Please note that once the fee is paid, it will not be refunded. Fees can be paid through online payment gateway by Internet Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card or UPI etc. Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST and PWD categories are exempted from application fee.

Know about salary

Selected candidates for Professor post will get monthly salary between Rs 1,44,200 to Rs 2,18,200.

Those selected for the post of Assistant Professor will be paid between Rs 57,700-1,82,400 per month.

Meanwhile, applicants selected for the post of Associate Professor will get a monthly salary between Rs 1,31,400 to Rs 2,17,100.
