JSSC Lady Supervisor exam 2023: The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has issued a recruitment notice for the hiring of Lady Supervisors in 2023. In accordance with the Government of Jharkhand’s letter dated 13.04.2023 and bearing the number 2160, the Department of Women, Child Development, and Social Security in Ranchi is conducting a recruitment drive. Candidates are invited to submit their applications online via the Commission’s official website, www.jssc.nic.in.
In order to be eligible for the Jharkhand Women Supervisor Competitive Examination – 2023, applicants must meet the educational requirements and age requirements outlined in the prospectus. The examination fee for this recruitment is Rs. 100/-, with a reduced fee of Rs. 50/- for Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Scheduled Castes (SC) candidates of Jharkhand. Additionally, candidates with a disability of 40% or more from Jharkhand are also exempted from the examination fee, as per the Department of Personnel’s letter no. 8559, dated 23.10.2019.

These vacancies will be filled by Scheduled Tribe candidates in lieu of candidates from Primitive Tribes in the.
The position of Lady Supervisor falls under Group B Non-Gazetted with a Pay Matrix Level of 6 ranging from Rs 35,400 to Rs 1,12,400. To qualify for this position, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology, or Home Science from an accredited college or university. It is imperative that candidates have obtained this qualification by the application submission deadline, as that date will be used as the eligibility benchmark.

The exam consists of three sections: Language Knowledge, Identified Tribal and Regional Language, and the Main Examination. Except for language subjects, all questions will be presented in Hindi and English.
The minimum qualifying score for each section is 30%, and any candidate scoring below this will be deemed unsuccessful and ineligible for selection. Candidates in reserved categories will have different minimum qualifications.
