Sarkari Naukri: UPPSC will recruit 107 Naib Tehsildar posts, application process may start soon

There are total 1234 posts of Naib Tehsildar in UP. Of these, 617 posts are for promotion and an equal number of posts are for direct recruitment. At present 117 posts are vacant. Out of these, a proposal for recruitment has been sent to 107 posts to be vacant earlier. Information has been sought from the Revenue Council regarding the vacancies of direct recruitment posts. Apart from this, the process of filling up the remaining promoted posts has also been started. Along with filling the promotion posts, the Revenue Council will conduct training for six months, so that information can be given about the judicial work of Naib Tehsildars.

The process of promotion is being completed for 2211 posts of Revenue Inspector. All the posts of Revenue Inspector are of promotion. A total of 4281 posts of Revenue Inspector are sanctioned. The process of promotion has been completed for 1442 posts on the basis of vacancies in the selection years 2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21. The process of promotion to the remaining posts will be completed soon. The Revenue Department wants to complete the process of filling all the vacancies soon, so that the eligible can get their due.
