UP Home Guard Bharti 2022: Notification soon for UP Police Home Guard Recruitment

The training allowance of Home Guards till now was Rs 260 per day while the duty allowance is 786 per day.

UP Home Guard Bharti 2022: Dharamveer Prajapati, Minister of State (Independent Charge) of Home Guards and Jails, Uttar Pradesh said that the process of recruitment of male and female home guards personnel in the department will be started soon. He was talking to reporters on the achievements of both his departments under the 100-day action plan at the Media Center located at Lok Bhavan on Thursday.

He said that home guards musterrolls are now being made online, which eliminates human intervention and there is no delay in payment of duty allowance. His training allowance has also been made equal to duty allowance.

The training allowance of Home Guards till now was Rs 260 per day while the duty allowance is 786 per day. Now training allowance has also been increased to Rs 786 per day. This will increase the quality of training.

Earlier, in the review meeting held under the leadership of Home Guard Minister Dharamveer Prajapati on March 31 at Home Guard Headquarters, Departmental Additional Chief Secretary Anil Kumar has given a presentation regarding recruitment and achievements on vacant posts. Home Guard DIG Ranjit Singh had then told that about 32 thousand posts of Home Guard are vacant. Women will have 20% participation in recruitment.
