UP Police ASI Bharti: UPPBPB 164 Sub Inspector Clerk Recruitment Written Exam Date Extended

According to the notice issued on the website of UP Police uppbpb.gov.in, UP Police Sub-Inspector of Police, Police Assistant Sub-Inspector Clerk and Police Assistant Sub-Inspector, Accounts Rules 2015, as amended, are being completed in 2022.

UP Police SI Bharti: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has decided to extend the departmental written examination for the recruitment of 164 posts of Sub Inspector Clerk by 4 days. Now this exam will be held on 11th July 2022 instead of 10th July. On the other hand, the typing test to be held again on July 11 will be held on July 15. Earlier on June 24, the UP Police Recruitment Board had released the notice, the syllabus of the examination and the date of the typing test.

The exam of UP Police ASI Clerk Recruitment is for the employees to be promoted. According to the notice issued on the website of UP Police uppbpb.gov.in, UP Police Sub-Inspector of Police, Police Assistant Sub-Inspector Clerk and Police Assistant Sub-Inspector, Accounts Rules 2015, as amended, are being completed in 2022.

Exam Pattern:

According to the NIMCs, the successful candidates in the Typing Test will also be required to take a written test of 100 marks. In order to qualify the written exam, candidates need to obtain 35% marks. The written test will consist of 100 questions and each question carries one mark. There will be no negative marking for wrong answer in the exam.

Under the revised recruitment rules, Hindi and English Typing Test was to be held on 10 July 2022 for 164 posts to be filled by promotion. Eligible candidates can download their admit card from the website of the board. The recruitment board said that only those candidates who pass the typing test will be given an opportunity to appear in the written examination.

Syllabus of ASI Clerical Exam:

1- General Hindi/Computer Knowledge – 25 marks

2. General Knowledge / Current Affairs – 25 Marks

3- Numerical & Mental Ability Test – 25 Marks

4- Mental Aptitude / Reasoning / IQ Test – 25 Marks
