Endorphins are derived from the words ‘endogenous,’ which means within the body, and morphine,’ which is an opiate painkiller. And the hormone is known as a natural analgesic. They are prevalent in food, imbibing, physical fitness, and sexual activity. They alleviate bodily discomfort and provide enjoyment. It also helps the body deal with the discomfort of exercise because endorphins make us joyful. 2. DOPAMINE

When we acquire new materials, such as a brand-new car or anything else we covet, we would unquestionably experience abrupt pleasure. This results from the emission of dopamine. It is a neurotransmitter, which means it transmits a signal from the body to the brain, and it is a naturally occurring substance in the human body. An optimal balance of dopamine would be beneficial for a person’s physical and mental health.
