The aim of National SI 5 Star Phone Certification Day is to recognise those who have successfully completed the 5-step certification process of Scheduling Institute, which teaches team members how to handle incoming phone calls for their business.

Scheduling Institute’s Patient Mastery 5-Star Certification Program is a course that provides dentist practises with the necessary skills, knowledge, and accountability to schedule new patients proficiently. This programme can be utilised when an opportunity for advancement is identified.
This method has been so successful in recent years that it has been awarded 18 Townie Choice Awards, which are given to the finest products, services, and equipment in each category as voted by Dentaltown and Orthotown subscribers. These instruments make the lives of business owners simpler, their practises more productive, and their employees and patients happier.
In addition to assisting businesses to flourish, the Scheduling Institute focuses on connecting its successful clients with reputable non-profit organisations in order to give back and disseminate positive influence. Through World Mission Partners, they also sponsor physicians and their teams on mission trips to Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic. Since 2014, 85 physicians and 225 team members have treated over 3,000 patients in this manner.
