This is due to a bug in App Store Connect, the portal through which programmers can manage their applications, which precludes them from utilising single-character names.
Apple appears to have granted an exemption to Elon Musk’s X Corp., the legitimate owner of Twitter, so that the app may have a single-letter moniker. We have requested comment from Apple and will update this article if we receive one.
Additionally, X changed the slogan for its App Store from “Let’s speak” to “Blaze Your Glory!! Its significance is obscure. Without supplying context, Musk tweeted the phrase above.
