Kelly Barlow Missing: Kelly Barlow, who has been missing in Lee County since August 8, 2023, is the subject of a massive search operation by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.

Kelly Barlow Missing

Kelly Barlow, 40 years old, disappeared from the area between Fort Madison and Donnellson, Iowa, on Highway 2.

Kelly hasn’t been eating, and her family is concerned that she may have gotten lost on August 8th during the storm. She hasn’t been seen since that fateful day.

The police and Kelly’s loved ones are coordinating their efforts to track her down. They are combing all of Lee County with the help of drones and canines.

Vernie, Kelly’s mum, only wants to know that her daughter is okay. Kelly may occasionally take walks to clear her head, but she seldom goes more than a few days without calling her mother to see how she’s doing. Kelly’s family is still waiting for her to come home while the search for her continues.

Fort Madison, Iowa is where Kelly calls home. Kelly’s family has sought for assistance from local police and 10 other organisations as the search approaches a week. Lee County Sheriff Stacy Weber said they are utilising UAVs, dogs, and all-terrain vehicles in their search for Barlow.

Local Help and Advice: The Search Requires Community Help

Weber stated that sightings of Kelly wandering the county are common, so it is not surprising that several people have already sent clues to aid in the search.

The authorities do not suspect any wrongdoing at this time. Initially, Vernie said she thought Kelly had stayed at a friend’s house when she went missing.

Kelly’s mother has just one thing on her mind despite the fact that no one has any idea where her daughter is.

According to Weber, the hunt will continue into Friday night. Weber has stated that if Kelly is not located over the weekend, he will request assistance from the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation on Monday.
