In the 1960 episode “The Beauty Contest” of The Andy Griffith Show, she portrayed the character Erma Bishop. Mrs. Currier was Bronson’s final film character, which was in the 1964 film Kisses for My President.

Bronson made her last television appearance as “Grandma Nussbaum,” Fonzie’s grandmother, on September 9, 1975, in the episode “Fonzie Moves In” of the ABC-TV sitcom series Happy Days.
