Miami-Dade Resident Faces Charges: According to police in Miami-Dade County, a woman opened fire on her ex-boyfriend’s residence in the West Little River neighbourhood. A witness reported hearing gunfire near the intersection of Northwest 85th Street and Fifth Avenue around 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, near Larchmont Gardens Park.

Miami-Dade Resident Faces Charges for Threatening to Murder Ex-Boyfriend

Macalyne Rigaud, 35, from North Miami, was recognised by the victim as his former live-in companion. According to the arrest report, Rigaud informed the suspect, “You have 24 hours to stop whatever it is you’re doing.”

Almost nine hours after the incident, according to the arrest complaint, detectives examined the trunk of Rigaud’s blue Nissan Altima and discovered a firearm. She was subsequently apprehended at the Intracoastal District Station of the Miami-Dade Police Department.

Rigaud faces three counts of attempted murder, one count of aggravated assault with a firearm, and one count of public discharge of a firearm. For her release, there was no bail set.
