Leticia “Tish” Cyrus, 56, wed Australian actor Dominic Purcell, 53, in a small Malibu ceremony on Saturday, August 19; her second-oldest daughter served as the matron of honour.
Miley attended the nuptials alongside her half-siblings Brandi, 36, and Trace, 34, according to images obtained by JustJared and displayed here.
For the exquisite ceremony, the men wore white button-up shirts to match the groom, while the women wore icy blue dresses. In the photographs, Miley can be seen wearing an asymmetrical dress with a slit on the right side of the hemline.
After spending 23 years with Billy Ray Cyrus, 61, Tish was previously in a relationship with Purcell. Trace and Brandi were her offspring, although Billy Ray had adopted them before she and Billy Ray began dating.
Christopher Cyrus, age 31, the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer’s child from a previous relationship, now has Tish as his stepmother. During their courtship, Tish gave birth to Miley as well as Braison, 29, and Noah, 23, Cyrus. In 2022, after their separation in 2020, Tish applied for divorce.
Only four months prior to this weekend’s nuptials, Tish announced her engagement to Purcell. In an Instagram slideshow, the music manager flaunted her magnificent rectangular engagement diamond. Her caption included a red heart emoji and the words “A thousand times…. YES @dominicpurcell.”
In November 2022, she and Purcell went public with their relationship. Tish uploaded to her Instagram Story a photo of the Prison Break actor being embraced by the pool. A month later, she posted a photo of Purcell with the caption “Heading into the New Year HAPPY @dominicpurcell wishing everyone a safe and magical New Year’s Eve!”
