Furthermore, homeowners whose family incomes range from $150,001 to $250,000 will qualify to receive a benefit of $1,000. Tenants with incomes up to $150,000 can anticipate receiving a stimulus check of $450.

Also, the ANCHOR program is inclusive, offering assistance to residents in assisted living facilities or those who have lost a spouse. Moreover, it distinguishes itself by offering assistance to tenants and proprietors alike, with no age restrictions or prerequisites.
