Earn less than twice the federal poverty level (for example, about $60,000 for a family of four)
Be caring for at least one child under 5 years old

The county will randomly choose 200 families between April and May 2025. Those selected will start receiving payments by mid-June. The program will last for one year, giving families steady support during that time.
