Next $725 stimulus payment: When is the August 2025 deposit coming?

Families in Sacramento County enrolled in the FFESP program will receive their next $725 stimulus payment on August 15, 2025, as part of monthly guaranteed income support.

$725 stimulus payment: Sacramento County is still running a special program that gives monthly money help to parents or guardians of small kids. It’s called the Family First Economic Support Pilot Program, or FFESP. The idea is simple give parents of children aged 0 to 5 years old a steady monthly payment to help with basic needs like food, rent, and baby stuff. This help can make life easier for families who don’t earn enough to meet everyday costs.

To get this money, families must live in some chosen parts of Sacramento. These places are zip codes 95815, 95821, 95823, 95825, 95828, and 95838. Also, their income must be lower than twice the federal poverty line. Families already getting guaranteed income from another program cannot join this one.

The 200% FPL income limit depends on household size (number of adults and children), for example:

  • 2 people (e.g. 1 adult and 1 child): $40,880
  • 3 people (e.g. 1 adult and 2 children, or 2 adults and 1 child): $51,640
  • 4 people: $62,400
  • 5 people: $73,160
  • 6 people: $83,920
  • 7 people: $94,680
  • 8 people: $105,440
  • For households with more than 8 people, add $10,760 for each additional person.

The county is only giving this support to 200 people who are picked randomly. Those who get selected will receive $725 every month for a full year. The program also gives them useful support like free money advice and help finding services they need in the community.

People who were picked started getting their money from June 15, 2025. These payments will go on until July 15, 2026. The money comes straight into their bank account on the 15th of each month. So, the next $725 will arrive on August 15, 2025.

This cash isn’t just a one-time help it’s regular and lasts for 12 months. Families can use it how they want, maybe for rent, bills, groceries, or even child care. The whole point is to help parents take better care of their kids and reduce stress at home.
