SSDI May Payment: Wednesday will see the distribution of the third round of May Social Security Disability Insurance checks. Beneficiaries whose birthdays fall between the eleventh and twentieth of the current month will get benefits this week.
May has four set payout dates. Your birthday and when you began receiving SSDI determine when your payment will arrive. You may need to get in touch with the Social Security Administration if, by the end of the month, you have not received your payment.
We’ve included dates below when your SSDI money might arrive. Recall that SSDI is paid on the same day that Social Security is paid.

Your payment should come on the third of each month if you have been an SSDI recipient from May 1997 or before.
There are outliers. Should the third of the month fall on a weekend or holiday, your payment will be made on the next working day. As March 3rd happened on a Sunday, for instance, some SSDI claimants got their payments on March 1st, two days early.
The birthdate of everyone else determines their timetable.
