Depending on the beneficiary’s birthdate, Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) payments are made every Wednesday to all people who started receiving benefits after 1997.

The first Wednesday of each month is when those born between the first and the tenth receive their reward. The second Wednesday is when individuals born between the 11th and the 20th get paid, and the fourth Wednesday is when those born between the 21st and the 31st get paid.

Payments for individuals born between January 11 and January 20 are scheduled on January 17, under the Social Security Administration’s (SSA) timetable.

Anyone who was born between January 1st and January 10th received their checks on January 3rd, while anyone who was born between January 21st and January 31st will get their deposit on Wednesday, January 24th.

The SSA advises waiting three more postal days before calling the support numbers if you have not received your payment.

Regardless of your birthdate, if you were enrolled in SSDI before 1997, you will receive your payment on the third of every month. On the first of every month, SSI funds are disbursed, irrespective of the individual’s date of birth.

In all situations, payment will be made the banking day prior if the deadline occurs on a weekend or holiday.
