How To Activate Apple AirTag? You can do it in a few easy Steps

Activating an Apple AirTag is quick and simple. Bring it close to your iPhone or iPad, tap connect, name it, and start tracking your personal items easily.

Activate Apple AirTag: Apple AirTag is a small device from Apple that helps you find things you may lose like keys bags or wallets. You can check where your item is by using the Find My app on your iPhone or iPad. The setup process is simple and quick.

  1. Take AirTag Out of the Box: Take off the plastic cover from the AirTag. This lets the battery start working and turns the AirTag on by itself. A small sound will play to show that iit is active and ready to use.
  2. Keep AirTag Near Your iPhone or iPad: Hold the AirTag near your iPhone or iPad and keep your device unlocked. In a few seconds a message will show on the screen. If you see “More than one AirTag detected” then it just simply means more than one AirTag is close. Move the extra ones away and keep only one near your device.
  3. Connect the AirTag: When the message appears tap on “Connect”. Your device will now show simple instructions on the screen. Follow each step carefully. The process is fast and very easy and anyone can do it.
  4. Name Your AirTag: You can choose names like keys bag or wallet or even an emoji. This helps you quickly recognize your AirTag inside the Find My app.
  5. Attach AirTag to Your Item: After setup is complete place the AirTag in a holder or loop. Attach it to the item you want to keep track of. This can be any item you often forget or lose.
  6. Start Using AirTag: Your AirTag is now ready to use. Open the Find My app to see its location on the map. You can play a sound to find it nearby. If it is far away the app will guide you to where it is.
