MPPEB Admit Card: The Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) has issued the admit card for the recruitment examination for Group-2 Sub Group-3 positions. Admit cards can be obtained by going to esb.mp.gov.in. This recruitment will be for 345 sanitary inspectors and other positions. In November, applications for this position were accepted. The written examination will begin on February 13, 2022, and will last until February 17, 2022, in two shifts.

In the current scenario of COVID-19, to ensure the health and safety of the candidates, social distancing measures will be implemented as per the guidelines of the Government of India. Adequate measures have been implemented for the safety of all, without compromising on the high standards and fairness in the conduct of the examination. Candidates are required to follow the guidelines and new procedure for social distancing and sanitisation to ensure their own and fellow candidates’ safety and health.

– For security purposes, ESB strongly advises candidates not to bring anything other than permitted items. However, in case of an unavoidable situation, arrangements will be made if the candidate deposits the bags at the centers at his/her own risk.

To enforce safety precautions and maintain the required standard of cleanliness, standard operating procedures are being implemented.

– The seating area will be completely sanitized before the start of each shift (and after the last shift of the candidates) – (monitor, keyboard, mouse, webcam, desk and chair). All door handles, stair railings, lift buttons, etc. will be disinfected. Wheelchairs (if present at the venue) will be disinfected.

Gap will be kept between 2 seats as per the guidelines of Government of India.

– Hand sanitizers will be available at various places inside the entrance and examination venue for candidates and center staff.
– Rough copies/sheets will be placed on all sheets before the commencement of the examination by invigilators wearing gloves to ensure cleanliness.

Candidate must report as per the reporting/admission time at the center given in the admit card to avoid any crowding and maintain social distancing

— Candidates should check the reporting/entry time given in the Admit Card and reach the center on time, must bring his/her mask on entry.

– Candidates will be allowed to take only certain items with them to the venue-
– Documents related to the exam, Admit card, ID card etc. Please see admit card for more details

– A simple transparent ball point pen.
Additional photograph to be pasted on the attendance sheet.

– Candidates will be required to maintain a space of at least 6 feet from each other at all times. Queue managers/ropes and floor markings will be arranged outside the center following the instructions given by the center staff.

In any case the lab number will not be displayed outside the center to avoid crowding at any place

– Candidates will be required to wash hands with soap and hand sanitizer before entering the center. Hand sanitizers will be available at various places in the center.

Five A-4 size copies/sheets will be kept on the desk of each candidate for use by the candidate for rough work. If additional sheet is required by the candidate for rough work, the same will be made available on demand.

After sanitizing the hand with the sanitizer, the candidates will have to sign in the attendance sheet.

– (On completion of a shift, candidates will be allowed to go out one at a time in an orderly manner. Please wait for the instructions of the invigilator and do not get up from the seat till then.

E-Aadhaar will be valid only after it is verified by UIDAI (as per rulebook).

– T.A.C. Self attested photograph is mandatory in the second part of the application form.

Mocktest related to the examination is available on the board’s website www.esb.mp.gov.in. Candidates come to appear in the examination only after being aware of the examination process through this.

– Admission in the examination hall will be given after the process of biometric method.

After the completion of the examination, the score obtained by the candidate will be displayed on the computer screen.

– Any type of calculators, beepers, pagers, mobiles, cell phones or any other electric equipment etc. are strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
