Bihar Board 10th 12th Exam 2023: Smart watch not allowed in exam hall

The Bihar Board of Examinations has issued a notice stating that no candidate in the matriculation or intermediate classes is permitted to wear an electronic, smart, or magnetic watch.

Bihar Board 10th 12th Exam 2023: The annual examination for the intermediate class will begin on February 1st, and the matriculation exam will begin on February 14th. The Bihar Board of Examinations has issued a notice stating that no candidate in the matriculation or intermediate classes is permitted to wear an electronic, smart, or magnetic watch.

Only hand watches are permitted in the examination hall. Any candidate who is discovered wearing an electronic, smart, or magnetic watch while taking the exam may be expelled. It will be the responsibility of the examinee and invigilator in question. The Bihar Board of Education has directed all district education officers and examination centre superintendents to strictly adhere to these guidelines.

For inter examinations, 1464 examination centres have been established across the state. This will include 1318227 candidates. There are 681795 boys and 636432 girls. The exam will be held in two shifts every day. Each centre has CCTV cameras installed. The Bihar Board has opened a control room for all examination-related facilities from January 31 to February 11.

For the first time, each inter examinee has been assigned a unique ID. Fake examinees can thus be easily identified. Anand Kishore, President of the Bihar Board of Directors, provided this information. There will be a Mathematics subject examination on the first day, in the first shift. The Hindi subject exam will be administered in the second shift. The first shift will be from 9.30 a.m. to 12.45 p.m., and the second from 1.45 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Entry to the centre will be permitted until 10 minutes before the start of the examination.

  • Entry will be available at the centre until 10 minutes before the examination begins.
  • Calculator, mobile phone, bluetooth, earphone, whitener, and other similar items are prohibited.
  • Permission to leave the examination centre only after the examination has concluded.
  • Candidates will be required to bring only a ball pen and their admit card.
  • Will be permitted to take the exam even if the admit card is misplaced.
  • Exams cannot be taken in shoes or socks.
  • CCTV cameras in each class will monitor every centre.
  • Section 144 was used in the centre.
  • Every centre will have videography.
  • The examiner will be tested three times.
