Big Tigger Biography:

Early Life

In the United States, Big Tigger was born in the co-op city of New York as Darian Morgan. His mother is Jamaican, and his father is African American. We don’t know his parents’ names. We are unsure of his sibling(s) because he leads a fairly discreet life.

Career

Most of his early years were spent in Co-op City. Wheaton High School was where he finished his early schooling. He played basketball for a great deal of time during his adolescence. Rob Lasky, a local D.J. who served as his mentor, taught him the craft of rapping when he was a young boy. Eventually, he did as Lasky did and started working as a D.J. at a radio station. The radio program, WERQ, was hosted in Baltimore, Maryland. After that, he enrolled at the University of Maryland and began working as an intern at WPGC, a Washington, D.C., radio station. He rose to popularity as a host during this employment, and the internship quickly turned into a full-time professional route.

He made his television debut in 1996 as a voiceover artist for a cable station. After that, he joined “Rap City” as a co-host and soon rose to the position of only video jockey. He started dabbling in rap in 2005, which led to his breakup with the program. He began rapping with R. Kelly and went on to work with many other musicians. He became well-known in 2013 when he hosted “The Den with Big Tigger.”
