Miss Virginia USA 2022, Kailee Horvath, has just crowned her successor, Miss Reston USA, Ashley Williams, as the new Miss Virginia USA 2023 at the conclusion of the Grand Finale in Merchant Hall, Hylton Performing Arts Center Manassas on Sunday, April 30, 2023, which began at 8 PM immediately following the completion of the Semifinals from 3 to 5 PM.

She will represent Virginia at the Miss USA 2023 Pageant, where reigning queen R’Bonney Gabriel will compete.
