She then attended the University of Toronto to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Sam spent more than ten years working as a nurse in the hematology and oncology departments of prestigious hospitals after completing her education. From 2002 to 2006, she was employed at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto. She then worked from 2007 to 2012 at NewYork-Presbyterian. Her last employment was from 2012 to 2015 at Northside Hospital in Atlanta.

Personal Life

Sam was employed at Northside Hospital when he started the Limitless Smart Shot company. The company sold supplements to improve brain function; the majority of its clients were senior citizens looking for $5 brain boosters. Sam quit her work at Northside Hospital in 2015 and closed her business to work at TechSquare Labs, where she now assists founders and tech entrepreneurs in realizing their goals. She began filming Season 11 of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” in 2018, but she left the show in November 2020 due to her displeasure with the show’s overemphasis on “Strippergate.”
