Allen Career Institute acquires AI-led doubts platform ‘Doubtnut’

Trilegal served as Allen's legal counsel, while EY served as his exclusive financial advisor.

AI-led doubts platform: On Monday, Allen Career Institute revealed that it had acquired Doubtnut, an AI-powered platform for dispelling concerns.

According to the organisation, Doubtnut’s team will keep concentrating on creating an exceptional doubt resolution experience for Allen and Doubtnut students.

“Question resolution that is prompt and efficient is a fundamental student requirement in education. We will be able to significantly improve our students’ educational experience thanks to Doubtnut’s platform. Nitin Kukreja, CEO of Allen, stated in a statement, “We are also excited about the prospects of offering Allen’s high-quality academic products to a wider audience.”

The institute also stated that Allen will meet the demands of Doubtnut’s student body for a higher education by providing its expanded curriculum and academic offerings.

“Doubtnut’s goal is to use technology and superior content to provide education to every student in India.” Over the past six years, we have worked towards realising this vision and have won the hearts and minds of our customers in the process. Aditya Shankar, co-founder of Doubtnut, stated, “We share Allen’s vision of developing technology products that are focused on improving learning outcomes.”

Trilegal served as Allen’s legal counsel, while EY served as his exclusive financial advisor. According to the institute, Doubtnut received legal advice from TTA and tax advice from Aeka Advisors.

Allen has hired experts from top Indian and international consumer tech companies, including Amazon, Google, Meta, Flipkart, Samsung, Twitter, and others, to bolster its focus on developing a world-class technology team. As a result, the company now has over 120 people working on its Bengaluru-based technology and product teams.
