Chandigarh Work Education Instructors end fast unto death after assurance from ACS Rajesh Khullar

Chandigarh Work Education Instructors:  Following the guarantee from ACS Rajesh Khullar, the work education instructors in Chandigarh who were on a death-defying fast to urge their demands on Wednesday terminated their agitation.

Notably, four instructors, one of whom was a woman, have been on a death-defying fast since Sunday. Rajesh Khullar was given permission by the administration to talk with the union leaders shortly after receiving the information.

Khullar, who patiently listened to the leaders, promised the government will fully support the fulfilment of their demands.

Notably, these agitating instructors are employed by the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan), and have been working in various government schools in Haryana since August 2014 in various departments as Music, Singing, Tabla, Fine art, Drama, and Dance instructors had started Dharna again behind Shiksha Sadan, Sector-5, Panchkula to demand their inclusion in the bylaws formed by the council in 2013, while Work Education Instructor
