CTET Result 2023: The CTET result, as well as the final answer key, will be released soon by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). CTET Result 2023 for the December cycle exam is expected soon at ctet.nic.in. Candidates can view their results via the result login window, which will be available soon.

There has been no official confirmation from CBSE regarding the date and time of the CTET result release. However, if reports are to be believed, the outcome will be announced soon.

The CTET exam was held in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode from December 28 to February 7, 2023. The exam was held in 74 cities and 243 exam centres throughout India. Around 32.5 lakh candidates took the exam at designated exam centres across India.

Question 1: At what time the CTET result will be declared?

Answer: The exact time of declaration of CTET result is not announced by the examination authority CBSE. Although the result is expected to be released soon.

Question 2: When will the CTET result 2023 be declared?

Answer CTET Result can be declared anytime soon, but the official date of result declaration is not announced. As per the media reports, CTET Result 2023 is expected to be declared by the end of February.

Candidates can check CTET Result 2023 from the login window available at ctet.nic.in. The login link for the candidates will be activated after the declaration of result.

Answer: Candidates can check their CTET result from ctet.nic.in. To check CTET result visit the official website and enter your application number and date of birth.

Question 5: CTET Result 2023: Where can I download the scorecard?

Answer: CBSE will release the CTET scorecard after the declaration of the result. The scorecard will contain details like candidate’s name, roll number, father’s name, mother’s name, category, subject, exam qualifying status, marks obtained in each subject and total marks.

Question 6: Is 82 marks pass for CTET?

Answer: General category candidates who scored 60 percentile or above in CTET exam will be declared qualified. There is no negative marking. The minimum qualifying marks for general category is 90 out of 150 (60%) and for OBC/SC/ST it is 82 out of 150 (55%).

Question 7: Is the CTET certificate valid for life?

Answer: Yes, CTET certificate is valid for a lifetime. On June 3, 2021, the Ministry of Education announced that the government had decided to extend the validity period of the Teacher Eligibility Test eligibility certificate from 2011 from 7 years to lifelong.

Question 8 – Why CTET exam is held?

CTET is conducted twice a year by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Candidates who will be successful in this exam can use CTET certificate to apply for teaching posts. Let us tell you, those who clear CTET Paper 1 will be eligible to apply for primary teacher posts for classes 1 to 5 and those who clear CTET Paper 2 will be eligible to apply for classes 6 to 8.

Question 9: Can I appear in CTET without B.Ed.?

Answer: Yes, B.Ed is not mandatory to apply for CTET exam. However, there is a criteria in which candidates who have completed graduation with minimum 50% marks and having B.Ed degree can appear for CTET exam.
Question 10: For which candidates CTET result will be released?

Answer: The result will be released only for those candidates who have crossed the cutoff score set by the board. This year the cutoff score for general category applicants is 60 per cent. While SC/ST/OBC/EWS or any other category candidates need 55 percentile to qualify the exam. If you do not score more than the prescribed cut-off marks, then the result will not be issued to you.
