JAM 2024 Information Brochure released on jam.iitm.ac.in, application begins Sept 5

JAM 2024 Information Brochure: The JAM 2024 Information Brochure was made available today, August 8, by the Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Madras. Candidates who intend to take the Joint Admission test for Masters 2024 can review all of the exam’s information.

The application procedure for JAM 2024 will open on September 5, 2023, at the official website, jam.iitm.ac.in, according to the information booklet. The deadline to submit an online JAM 2024 application is October 13, 2023.

The exam is slated to take place on February 11, 2024, and the results will be announced on March 22, 2024. The IIT JAM admit card 2024 will be made available on January 8, 2024

How do I avail JAM 2024 Information Brochure?

Follow these simple steps in order to avail the Brochure conveniently:

1. Visit the official website at jam.iitm.ac.in as the first step.
2. Select the link for online applications on the homepage.
3. On the same website, register and enter your login information in the newly opened box.
4. Continue completing the JAM 2024 application form and uploading the required files.
5. Make the application fee payment in step five.
6. Download and save the confirmation page for further use.

At the undergraduate level, JAM 2024 will be administered as seven test papers via computer-based testing (CBT).

Three objective-type questions—Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), Multiple Select Questions (MSQ), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) Questions—will be included in these test papers.

JAM test results will be utilised for admission to M.Sc., M.Sc. (Tech), M.S. Research, M.Sc.-M.Tech. Dual Degree, Joint M.Sc. – Ph.D., and M.Sc. – Ph.D. Dual Degree programmes at various institutes for those who pass the exam in 2024. There are approximately 3000 seats available in IITs.
