JEE Advanced Result 2022 tomorrow at jeeadv.ac.in, cut off marks, rank

JEE Advanced Result 2022: The result of JEE Advanced, the entrance exam for admission to IITs, will be released tomorrow, September 11. Candidates will be able to check their result, score and rank by visiting the official website jeeadv.ac.in. Final answer key will be released along with JEE Advanced result. After the result, the process of JoSAA Counseling 2022 registration will start on 12th September. Seats will be allotted to the candidates as per their merit, preference and availability of seats

Let us tell you that the top 2.5 lakh students of JEE Main appear for JEE Advanced exam. But this year only 1,60,038 had registered for JEE Advanced out of which only 1,56,089 took the exam. IIT Bombay had conducted JEE Advanced Paper 1 and Paper 2 on August 28. The exam was conducted at 124 centers in 577 cities across the country.

These questions were dropped in the provisional answer key –

One question has been dropped in both Paper 1 and Paper 2. In these, full marks will be given to all the examinees.

366 seats increased in IITs

According to the seat matrix, a total of 16598 seats will be admitted in 23 institutes of the country. Of these, 1567 seats are for women. The number of seats in IIT institutes is 366 more than last year. Last year there were 1,534 seats for women. IIT Bombay has 1,360 seats this year while IIT Delhi has 1,209. There are 1,133 seats in IIT Madras, 1869 in Kharagpur and 1,353 in Roorkee.

IIT BTech Computer Science previous year cutoff

Last year in 2021, IIT Bombay closed admissions in BTech Computer Science course in the unreserved category at the highest JEE Advanced exam rank of 67.

Last year in 2021, IIT Bombay had closed admissions in the unreserved category in BTech electrical engineering course with the highest JEE Advanced exam rank at 434.
