UPPCL Computer Assistant Recruitment 2022: Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited has released 3 vacancies for the posts of Computer Assistant. Out of these, one post is unreserved while two posts are reserved for OBC. The applications for these posts will start from 10 August 2022. Qualification- Graduation in any stream and Hindi typing on computer with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute.
Age Range – 21 years to 40 years. There will be a relaxation of five years in the upper age limit for the ST category candidates residing in UP.
Pay – Pay scale 27200-86100 and other allowances in Pay Matrix Level-4 Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd. in accordance with the rules in force.

Written Exam & Skill Test (Stenography & Skill Test). The question paper of the written examination will be divided into two parts. In the written examination of the first part, there will be a question paper related to computer knowledge of CCC level of NIELIT in which there will be 50 objective type questions and each question will be of one mark. This exam will be of 50 marks. The marks obtained in this part will not be added to the final merit.
The second part will have 25 questions from General Studies, 45 from Logical Knowledge, 55 questions from General Hindi, 55 questions from General English. Each question will be of one mark. There will be a total of 180 questions. Fourth mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Candidates will be called for skill test on the basis of performance in second written examination.
The examinations will be held as far as possible in Lucknow, Meerut, Meerut, Kanpur and Varanasi.
