Haikyu!! Movie Makes $14 Million Debut Weekend in Japan

In just three days, 1.52 million people purchased tickets for the film, bringing in about 2.23 billion yen (about $14.86 million).

There was a huge weekend in Japan for the first “Haikyu!!” final movie, called “Haikyu!! the Movie: Decisive Battle at the Garbage Dump.”

In just three days, 1.52 million people purchased tickets for the film, bringing in about 2.23 billion yen (about $14.86 million).

As a result, it performed better than any other movie this year, even beating the movie “Mobile Suit Gundam Seed FREEDOM”.

On Friday, the movie began screening in IMAX theaters, giving fans a unique opportunity to watch it.

Director and writer of the film is Susumu Mitsunaka, who was involved in the TV series “Haikyu!”.

There is an exciting volleyball match between Karasuno High and Nekoma High.

The “Haikyu!!” story will be concluded with these two films, they announced in August 2022.

A comic series by Haruichi Furudate, which began in 2011 and ended in 2020, is also available in English through Viz Media.

Besides being a comic and a movie, Haikyu!! has also been adapted into TV shows, stage plays, and video games. In August, a new play based on the comic was presented.

As a result of this movie’s success, fans of “Haikyu!!” are extremely excited and cannot wait to see what happens next.
