V Karuna, IAS, Secretary Government (Higher Education), Navin Mittal, IAS, Commissioner, Collegiate Education and Technical Education, and N. Srinivasa Rao, Secretary, TSCHE were also present during the announcement of the results.

Students can view their scores by navigating to eamcet.tsche.ac.in. This year, more than 1.95 million engineering students participated in the TS EAMCET exam.

Candidates must provide their registration number, EAMCET hall ticket number, and date of birth in order to obtain their rank card.

The examination was administered between 10 and 14 May 2023. The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) issued the preliminary answer key and response document for the Engineering stream of TS EAMCET-2023. The solution key was made available shortly after the test. May 17 was the last day to file objections regarding the TS EAMCET 2023 answer key.

In total, 3,20,683 candidates registered for the examination in both streams. 94% of them participated in the examination. In contrast, 92.35 percent of the AM cohort showed up to the exam. In contrast, 95.09 percent of them participated in the Engineering exam.
