These are still important things for human resource managers to think about.
Now is a great time to realize how important it is to work together if your business depends on employees working together to reach a shared goal using their energy, enthusiasm, and ability to inspire others. Give yourself some time to think about what you’ve done as part of a team. Gather your team together and recognize the successes of each member as well as the team’s general progress. If you’re a manager or boss with teams that report to you, let your workers know what they’ve done well and how it has helped the company succeed.

Have lunch with them.
As the saying goes, “all work and no play makes you a dull boy.” To work well together, you need to be able to relax together. Spending valuable time together outside of work can be good for teams. Do it!
Give them a break or extra money.
Give your coworkers a break or a bonus. You can thank them for their hard work by giving them a full or half-day off.

In 1920, social psychologist Floyd Allport showed that a group of people working alone at the same table did better on many projects than a group of people working together or competing with each other.
